Disk I/O is currently operating at an extremely slow pace, impacting the overall functionality of our services. However, as the maintenance is being conducted by our provider, we are unable to provide an exact timeframe for when the grid will be fully functional again.

    Scheduled - We would like to inform you that the AI-Grid server will be unavailable from 1 a.m. on June 9, 2023, for approximately 48 hours due to a scheduled maintenance break. This maintenance is necessary as we are upgrading the hardware infrastructure provided by OVH and migrating the server to a new virtual machine hosting method developed by EasierIT.

    During this time, access to AI-Grid services will be temporarily suspended, but we assure you that our team is working diligently to minimize the downtime. We will keep you updated on any developments through this webpage and also via email. For further inquiries or assistance, please feel free to reach out to our support team at support@easierit.org.
    Inventory and Assets State will be saved for 11.10 08.06.2023 , no future updates before maintenance is complete, changes done to your avis on party will be not saved.

    If u find any bug please send it on wearesupport jira link is on discord and on our webpage. Marketplace is not enabled yet and it will be not relased until end of next year.

  10. UNSCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

    Resolved - issue is bypassed, we will wait for updates. System are restored. U can enjoy gird :) Hypergates and marketplace will be not enabled in this update.

    Identified - due to technical problems caused by update access to grid will be restricted to admins or even less,(most regions) i am sorry for that this time rollback is not possible and you will have to wait till new version will be pushed, no ETA for this,
